The Monsoon Mist

The Monsoon Mist

Though it utters no dark sounds,
It keeps descending upon the sea,
As if in perpetual grieving.

I don't understand why I love it!
I wake up these mornings,
In hope to see the greyest air!

The skies rearing rain,
Watch the wings of its veil
Spreading, hovering all over.

In featureless disguise,
Day after day it appears -
Storing storms

I don't understand why I love it!
